First Story

Hull Trinity House Academy have been putting their pens to good use this half term! The Academy are beginning their third anthology under the guidance of published author Russ Litten. The journey began at the end of the first half term when Russ visited the academy to talk to Year Seven about writing and being a professional writer. His humour and stories, coupled with the interesting and probing questions our boys asked meant that the sessions were fun, informative and left everyone fired up about creative writing! On Wednesday 6th of November the new anthology group met for the first time after school to begin their work for the new anthology. They explored the meaning of their names, wrote group and individual poems and made a wonderful start to the project. The atmosphere was electric and we can't wait to see what they come up with next!
