How to log on to my Student Email?
All students have access to their own @hthacademy.org.uk email address. To access it follow the link above. Once the outlook page has opened students should log in with the same username they use for the academy network but add “@hthacademy.org.uk” to the end of their username. Then students should enter the same password they use for the academy network.
How to get free Microsoft Office when using Student Email?
Hull Trinity House Academy is now able to offer all students a copy of Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus for free! Another great benefit of being a student at Hull Trinity House Academy, part of Delta Academies Trust.
How to download? Follow the steps below:
1. Log into your email (as above).
2. Click on the 9 dots on the top left.
3. Click on the Office 365 link at the top of the menu that appears.
4. Click the Install Office link on the top left and select Office 365 Apps
5. Follow the instructions that are shown to install your copy of Microsoft Office.
Students can install on up to 5 different machines using Windows or OSX. Students also receive 1Tb of online storage space through Microsoft OneDrive which can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection meaning no more risk of losing work on flashdrives.

- Office 365 ProPlus for Mac (Office 2011 based application)
- Office for iPad
Included with this install are the full applications and are available for use offline. The following applications are included within the PC version:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft OneNote
- Microsoft Access
- Microsoft Publisher
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Lync
- Microsoft InfoPath
How does the licencing work?
Students are required to sign in with their Delta network login details, this validates the licence for use. This licence will remain active until a student leaves Hull Trinity House Academy. At this point the licence will be revoked.

All students have been given a PIN code which enables them to log on to ClassCharts. In the eventuality students have lost the PIN code they can go and see their form tutor who has a list of the codes.
